Thanks for the concern for D, I rang first thing and she sounded a bit better - it's almost certainly "just" a bad head cold, but with her COPD any kind of cold/cough etc is always a bit of a worry. Going to ring her again later.

I walked up to Sainsbury's, got the shopping, then Mick picked me up. Been round with the vacuum, the mop and duster, and cleaned through since I got back. No Pilates tonight, both my pals I go with aren't too well, and Mick has already committed to running H to a Church thing. To be honest I'm not too bothered, it's so cold out there I'm not too motivated at the moment to turning out in the dark.....

Hoping your test comes back negative Ria, am sure it will! what a nuisance about the frames So sorry about your colleague, and the other chap xx
