Morning all :D

Nice and dry here.

I had a scam phone call this morning, this time it was FedX saying they had tried to contact me about a delivery and to press 9 for more info. Another number blocked  I finally got the refund from AEG. I had to chase it up yet again, but this time the lady I spoke to actually got it sorted at last. Now just got to hope the fridge freezer and oven don't cause any problems. Needless to say I won't be buying any of their products again.

E's just gone off to get a bus into town, he needs a haircut and it definitely can't wait till the week before Christmas when hopefully I'll be able to drive again. I've given him a list of bits to get while he's there. I'll probably make a start on my Christmas letters and cards while he's out.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Very glad to be in southern Spain Ria.

Still wearing shorts and t shirt weather.

I've made a list of the names for overseas cards to be sent. That's as far as I've got.

Every year Don buys me The Puzzler yearly subscription and normally is delivered promptly but I've noticed the last 2 copies have taken more than two weeks to arrive.

Making me think I'll get my cards written and send them off pretty soon.

My thinking exactly Ally. Things are taking much longer now.

Well, that was 14 barrow loads of stuff  Chopped out by Grumpy and wheeled away by me 8-) Going down to the bar in an hour or so, to have a couple of early beers, before the footie.

Sorry to see Fraggle isn't too well Kaz, hope the vet can help xx

Ria, we've thought about a woodburner for the back, but not yet sure if it can be done. I'd like it, as we could sit out there for longer in the cooler (colder) evenings.

Very interesting Osc :D

I refill each one with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion and has come in so handy for our jaunts away. 8-)

They each have a pump dispenser with a really neat locking system.

Best £1.50 Primark bargain ever.

totally agree those mini sets are the way forward ;-)

I did have some, but they disappeared after our big sort out for the new en suite in February :cute:  No biggie, the minis were on a 3 4 2 anyway ;)

Harry's driving instructor's very pleased with him, and reckons if he drives as well as he did today when he takes his test, he should easily pass!! :D He can't get a test until May though - unless he goes to Monmouth
