Sorry to be so late, but it's been a full-on busy day chez Kaz! Out to SW early, tantalisingly I am now a half pound away from my one stone award Mick and H came to collect us, so we went down to the Quays for brekkie, with Fraggle too of course There will be a market on down there now until Christmas, and I was very pleased to hear that the outdoor ice rink will be back this year in a couple of weeks - it makes it a lovely Christmassy atmosphere We went round to D's after that, then Sainsbury's to pick up milk and bread, then home to help H do some more sorting out in his room, and help him stow his stuff away

Dinner was chilli, not for B as she's gone out with friends for a meal then clubbing. Fraggle is fast asleep, we'll medicated against the inevitable later

I agree with the others Jen, best off where you are until your pain is fully controlled. Take care xx
