Afternoon all, it’s a lovely day here.

I’ve just had a long second walk with Bill. Got into the habit while John was working from home to go for a quick walk with Bill at lunchtime as a break from creeping around the house for 25 minutes  and now it’s part of his routine, except today he decided that we’d stretch it out and added an extra hour onto it. Making up for the fact he didn’t get out for a walk yesterday morning I think

The reason he didn’t get a walk yesterday morning was because John and Joe were running the half marathon in Stafford and there wasn’t time to fit in a walk before we had to leave. Joe’s feeling very proud of himself, he hadn’t run that distance before as his training was interrupted by an injury for nearly three months, then we had the really hot weather which wasn’t ideal to run in and then he got a cold two weeks which knocked him about a bit (PCR tested just in case and it was negative). Anyway, he came in 561st out of 3000+ runners….not bad for the kid who always begged for a note to get out of PE

Hope you’re soon sorted and feeling better Saundra xx

Have a good day all :D
