I'm back!

I was done late morning so was in the recovery room in the afternoon and everything was fine except that I was a bit wobbly from the anaesthetic. The doctor on the tea time rounds said that I was fine to come home so I got a taxi.

Last night I had the sleep of my life - bed by 10-30 up like a lark at.... well gone 11 this morning.

My back feels a lot different. At the moment it is uncomfortable, as in a new feeling sort of way, but it is not sore. It is certainly not as painful as it used to be. I have a daily diary to keep for the next 28 days and what is said in there will inform next steps. I also have exercises to do and have had the now legal warning whenever a doctor is seen - to lose some weight.
