Dinner tonight

Tonight it’s just me and Tom and we’re having prawn, chilli and lemongrass fish cakes with thrice cooked beef dripping chips. All from Aldi

Bangers, cheesy mash, and broccoli tonight

Roast potatoes, cabbage, carrots, cauli and some of the lamb

The rest will be a curry for Saturday.

Have to try and get it ready for half time
