Osc that sounds fun, we used to take the boys on the train quite a lot, as you've said they tend to get driven everywhere so it's a novelty. And more relaxing for the would-be driver

I've been to a session on aromatherapy this morning, jolly interesting.
The second half, we had to sniff four different essential oils in turn, working in groups, then say whether we knew what they were, what they reminded us of if not, and what we thought they might be used for.
Then we got to bring home an inhaler stick with the oil of our choice.
I chose the orangey one which is actually Yellow mandrin (that's how she spelt it but she is dyslexic so not sure!) which is just a lovely, happy sort of smell

As opposed to Ravensara which to me smelt like toilet disinfectant

One of them presumably works to dampen your appetite as I've only just had lunch! - more likely all those smells added together were a bit much tbh, needed time to recover
