It looked lovely Kaz - just the ticket! Glad you had a nice weekend there - you need to recharge your batteries don't you? We're heading off to the Lakes for our annual break there on Friday

This time we are staying here
http://www.heartofthelakes.co.uk/proper ... howe/2036AWe have wifi so I'm taking my tablet also, just in case we have a cosy evening in sometimes

We usually get good weather when we are there, but having checked the forecast, if we do get sunshine it won't be too warm....woolies required methinks!!
We had a lovely meal and evening with my sister yesterday.....Tom paid, much to M's annoyance as she wanted to. It was an impromptu plan that she came back to mine for a couple of hours after the meal, we didn't go until nearly 4, and T drove her home at 9....we'd had a cuppa and some more wine at ours so I couldn't drive her (T didn't have alcohol) Good job the LoD was recording - soon as T got back we put it on!
So today we had a lazy start to the day and then decided to go out. We parked up near Durham city centre and walked right along the river bank, round the loop of the cathedral, had a coffee in the cathedral cafe, then across Prebends Bridge and along the opposite direction to St Oswalds church, shortcut through the houses and then through the woods near Houghall.....my Pacer app reckons I have done well over 13000 steps today

We popped into the Secret Garden coffee shop near where we left the car for a final coffee break, I got a muffin too

Back to the grind tomorrow, but at least it's just for two days this week!
Have a good rest of BHMonday everyone, I think we WILL get answers re Broadchurch from what I have read!
