Morning all

Well, I made it into the office but will be leaving shortly; just waiting for my boss to come back to check one thing with him ... done the urgent bits and bobs. Just need one more early night and I'm sure I'll be back to 100% fighting fit :D

Osc, that's annoying for your sister.
Everyone enjoy your respective days xxxx

Osc that's annoying, more about the phone really x
Meriad get home and look after yourself x

Well that was easy! :D
Amazingly our M&S food hall (which does have a proper clothes section, hope they keep it!) had Per Una jeans, so I got a straight black pair, plus a lovely soft pale grey jumper, will put a link on Boutique ;)
20% off jeans and jeggings with my Sparks card
20% off jumpers, ditto
And my £5 birthday present
Total £43 instead of £60 :D
Happy :D

Oh (((Ria)))) take care, hope you are home now and resting xxxxx

Osc that is so annoying for her! :(

Di what bargains! :D I was in M&S yesterday, and while Emma was buying some zumba leggings I checked my Sparks card offers on the in-store screen. I noticed the jeans and leggings offer, so when E caught me up I suggested she checked her card too. Sure enough, the same offer was waiting for her, so she confirmed it to her card, and then I also suggested she return them, and buy them again with the discount! 8-) ;) She saved over £4 :D

Great bargains Di - will look out for your post on Boutique!

Oh Osc how frustrating for your sister, all that anticipation and worry for nothing! :?

Glad your Kindle seems ok Kaz xx

I've had another of those 'can't breathe' episodes at work (if you remember I had a big one back in August and ended up at A&E) :( I was chatting away, took a sip of a cup of coffee and it initially felt like it had gone down the wrong way, until I couldn't inhale!! It was horrible - poor Karen didn't have a clue what to do to help, I went scurrying into the back so that if I vomited (as happened last time) at least I was in the loo....luckily it wasn't as bad as before, but still left me with no voice for a time and feeling VERY shaky!! As if I'm not upset enough......Smudge being missing is making me ill.....I'm crying all the time, not sleeping and then sleeping REALLY heavily.....I'm just kind of sitting by the door willing him to come in. I can't think of anything more I can do, it's four weeks tonight since I let him out the door, never for one second thinking I'd never see him again :( I know he's 'only' a cat, but he's my little boy and I miss him desperately....

Sorry to moan...

Hope all are well, stay safe in the bad weather tomorrow xx

Gal, my heart goes out to you (((((Gal)))))
I agree with Kaz, this all sounds like it stems from anxiety.
