Excellent Kaz! :Hi:

No luck with the nail polish or make up that I needed. We've only really got Boots which sells it and they have a decent range of brands but it's always so poorly stocked (probably because there's nowhere else in town) and not well organised. One thing I wanted was under eye concealer/illuminator, a L'Oreal one, and they had three shades. Each shade had three testers and all of the actual items on sale had been opened and used for testers themselves. I tried in there last week too and nothing's changed. I've got to get my hair cut on Wednesday though and that's in another nearby town which has a Superdrug. I ran out of time to look when I was in Birmingham last weekend, flippin' Sunday trading laws :x

Ria, I always do them myself. I can't bear to have my nails messed about with, it's something I've never liked. My friend actually bought me a gift voucher for a manicure for my birthday a couple of years ago and I couldn't use it.

Scarlett's well travelled for a little one isn't she Saundra! :D

Well if I have no luck around here Kaz, there's always duty free :P
There's a really fantastic make up store in the US, Sephora, we had a few here at one time but they closed down. Problem with buying things from there though is that it might not be available here if it's something you find you really like.

Oh that would be frustrating!! I seem to have a knack of finding stuff, just before they discontinue it

Evening all.

I fell out of bed late this morning and had to chase my tail to get to work on time. Which I did manage due to the fact that the bike allowed me to make it in 20 minutes. The Tube is nearer 45 so, besides the £9 per day it costs on the tube turning into about £2 of fuel used, it was significantly quicker.

Been an on and off day at work today. I have two weeks to take a handover from the guy who is leaving but it's going to be ridiculously fast. I'm still getting my stuff set up and that will take a while and also trying to read the documents I've been given. A well, at least they are happy.

A bit of relaxation and bed for me I think.

Until another day.
