Hot I can cope with, but not humidity 
I can't face zumba tonight, it's in a tiny hall on Wednesdays, with no air con, the doors open onto a car park so if they are open people gawp as they walk past, and it is always a packed class. So I am giving it a miss. I've already had a longish walk - Sainsbury's and back is almost 3 miles - and that was enough today
