That's one step in the right direction, me thinks.

I read that the other day but I have never noticed………do all branches play music? :?

I'm not aware of any muzak played in our local M&S in Sutton Coldfield, Molly. Downstairs is the food-hall and some of the ladies wear, upstairs is the cafe and the rest of the clothing. It's quite a frenetic store, especially the food-hall, and there's such a huge footfall through the shop that I doubt anyone would notice if it was being played anyway! :D

What on earth has M&S canned music got to do with Ton, Jen's and my digger cacophony?

You lot don't have to go in M&S. We have no choice but to listen to the constant drumming of unorchestral instruments whose non-musical purpose is to raze previous edifices to rubble.

Bear with us, please. ;)

They've started playing music in the café in Sainsbury's, I'm not thrilled as when I go in there it's for peace and quiet, to have a cuppa and read the paper or a magazine

Frank, how long have you been on VV? :P You know the way that threads wander off here :D ;) Just go with the flow..........

Headphones, loud music or movie.

Or total oblivion with alcohol although that one might end up with an altercation with said noise makers... :P :P :P

This morning is worserererer

We've had the cement mixer going, now we have a generator going, to operate the steel cutting and bending machine and a JCB is moving all the rock and soil and in-filling the sides of the pool :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

And Grumpy is strimming, but I can't hear him above the racket.

The generator wins today :cute: :cute: :cute:
