Good morning Friday

Postby Ally » 27 Nov 2015, 04:18

Good morning. :D

Up at sparrow o'clock as I'm taking a very happy Conor to the airport. :D :D :D

He's flying to the UK to spend the weekend with Craig & Jacob. :D :D :D

He hasn't seen Jacob since 19th August; they whatsapp every day but I know he's really missed his twin and I suspect there will be lots of 'man hugs' at the airport when they meet.

I also suspect a raucous time will be had with the 3 of them together. ;) ;)

Don and I are going into Malaga this morning. We need to do a couple of things in the centre then we'll have a walk along by the port and a spot of lunch. :D :D

I've homework club 4.30 - 6.30 then meeting Don as usual for Friday beers and tapas...not too late a night though as I have a training course at work tomorrow.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning Ally.
After a quick breakfast, I have put the wine away we bought last night, and the milk is in the fridge.
Have also stained the two pieces of wood which I am going to put under the freezer so that it doesn't rest on the garage floor.
Also walked for the paper.
Our alarm has developed a fault so we wil have to have the local company to come out and fix it. It is on an annual contract
Have a good d ay everybody

Morning all :D

Up early as we've yet another builder coming to look at the plans for our proposed extension. Only one complete quote so far, still waiting to firm up two others. Will be interesting to see what this one has to say.

How did yesterday go Ton, is everything signed now?

No plans for the rest of the day, but we're out this evening as one of the coffee ladies has arranged a couples get together, just drinks and a chat. Some of us thought it would be nice to include our husbands occasionally and if tonight's a success we'll probably have an evening once a month or so. Think about 10 couples will be there.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning all

Ally, safe travels and happy weekend to Conor; what a fab time your boys will have. Not sure if I should feel sorry for Leilani or be jealous of all the fun she'll have :D. And enjoy your day with Don in Malaga
Jen, good luck with the builder - it can be a right drag; can't it :( But enjoy tonight; what a fabulous idea and I really hope it's a huge success
Good luck with your alarm as well Cruiser - hope they can come out today and fix it. And be careful with lifting that freezer to get the wood under it

Usual work day for me; so glad it's Friday. Busy day tomorrow heading over to Calais with Nadine so won't be online tomorrow.

Have a lovely Friday all xxxxx

Morning all :)

Ally I can imagine how excited Conor must be - I wish your boys a fantastic weekend together! :D :D 8-)

Morning cruiser, you are a busy bee! :)

Morning Jen, good luck with the builder, and this evening's plans sound like a good idea! 8-) :D

Well it's mine and Mick's wedding anniversary today! Eleven years married and we are still speaking! :P Bit of a record for me, but I definitely saved the best for last :D 8-) :geek: ;) The best eleven years of my life, without a doubt :) I've had a lovely card, a beautiful big hand-tied bunch of pink and white flowers - gerberas I think, but I'll take a photo later - and a cuppa and brekkie in bed! Best f all though, he's booked a day off work, without telling me, so we have a day to spend together 8-) 8-) 8-)

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

ETA Morning Ria, have a great time in Calais with Nadine. A shopping trip I guess, sounds lots of fun :D

Morning all, it was lovely earlier on but it is clouding over gradually, and the forecast is so bad that Mr Osc's golf has been cancelled. Lots of h/worky stuff to be done. Mr Osc has gone to the hardware shop to get some bulbs, one of our overhead lights blew and the replacement one blew too, and the electrician said try one more brand new bulb in it and if that goes, he will come and have a look. I'm hoping to get a cancellation with the physio today but no luck so far, their 9.30 didn't turn up which is mist annoying  as I could have had that  However, they know I can be there in five minutes so I might be lucky. Happy Anniversary Mr and Mrs Kaz, have a lovely day! Have a good day everyone :)

Ooooh just got a phone call, physio has a cancellation in 30 minutes :D
