Good morning Sunday

Postby meriad » 18 Oct 2015, 07:05

Good morning all - early start for me for no reason; was awake and just couldn't lie in bed much longer as my back tends to get sore so figured I may as well get up and get on with the day. Bed has been stripped and is in the machine; dishwasher has been unpacked and is filling up again. About to get started with giving the house a clean then off to Sainsbury's in a bit when they open to get stuff for dinner. Karl and Nadine are coming round so making easy and simple bangers and mash - yum

So a rather domestic Sunday for me

Hope you all have a lovely day, whatever it is you're up to x

Hello everybody. :D :D :D

In Torremolinos. :D :D :D :D

We had a fab day yesterday, walked miles and it was beautifully warm and sunny. We were in the pub when the rain started.

It rained through the night, we've had a mega beach walk this morning and it looks like rain again. It's forecast rain for the next 4 days so I'm going to buy a brolly.

Coming home later in a taxi after picking mum and dad up who are coming over for the day. :D :D

Enjoy yourselves. :D

Morning all :)

Ria your day sounds busy, but nice :) I'll have a few quiet days here in the week, Mick is away on business from Tuesday until Friday, so I have plans to sort out my winter clothes and put away my summer ones, sort out the garden pots, make tomato soup with the last from the greenhouse (D gave me a huge carrier bag full yesterday!) and just to generally potter 8-) 8-) 8-)

Ally have fun, I am really missing the sunshine :D 8-)

Good morning cruiser :D

Ton the rain is much needed, I know, bet your garden will love it!! :D

Well, we are off to Morrison's in a bit, and B is at work all day. Usually when I get home from a holiday I feel a bit down, but this time despite us having the most terrific holiday I am feeling very happy to be home, with my family and my pets......I feel very contented 8-) 8-) Sorry to sound like Pollyanna but I really do  :D   I think M and I needed the break, and the relaxation has really done the trick as he seems very laid back too! 8-) 8-)

Have a good day everyone, love to all :) xxxxx

Morning all, overcast here and we've actually given the heat an hour boost. Feeling a teeny bit better this morning as I have no headache. My voice is still dodgy so much to Mr Osc's delight, I am trying not to talk too much ;) We have friends arriving at 12.30, with lunch planned for 1.15ish then out dancing from 4-7. Mr Osc suggested this as our friends live outside Dublin and were keen to go to this particular dance for the first time - that was before Ireland made it to the quarter finals of the rugby with the match on at 1pm

Ria, I am interested how you got the bed into the washing machine ;) Kaz, so glad your holiday was beneficial, you both needed the break. Have a good day everyone :)

Morning all :D

Dull and overcast here again today.

Had a message from SIL to say eldest daughter was taken into the JR early this morning. Apparently she was poorly all night with diarrhea and bleeding and her BP's up. Waiting for more news and hoping it's a precaution rather than something serious.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Good morning all.

It's dull here, but we haven't plans made for going out, so we are having a leisurely day in.
I'm in the process of installing an extension bell In our lounge for the door bell in the hall,
as you can't hear it with the lounge door closed. I'm having problems with the circuitry but
I'll get there, (I hope).

Hope you all have a pleasant day.
