Off to the airport later as our friends land at 11 o'clock.

We'll walk into town about 2ish for lunch and then see what the day brings. We're meeting our usual beer and tapas lot at 6 in the plaza.

It's raining here and will be raining all day - no matter really as I have plenty to do here. Harry is going back to his dad's ( ) but Aunty Rose is coming for the weekend ( ) so busy busy I'll be popping on, but AR doesn't really understand about Facebook and message sites (she kept asking who all the people were that I was emailing last time she was here ) so I won't be around this weekend as much as usual The forecast for the weekend is better, so hopefully we can do some nice things and have a relaxing weekend. She goes home Monday night, so normal service will resume then

grey and drizzly this morning but quit warm - I actually quite like this kind of weather Usual work day for me
Ally, have just the bestest day with your friends - and enjoy the beer and tapas tonight. I always get a teeny bit jealous when I read about what to me would be a perfect way to end the week and start the weekend
Kaz, totally get that you won't be around much on the weekend. I'm like that when my mom visits. She gets FB and the internet etc, but not the way we use it so it's often just easier to not be online if that makes sense

A rather chilly breeze this morning, so keeping the temperature down quite a bit. Which is quite pleasant, for a change

Morning all, our visitor has gone on her way home to Bath, and we will be heading for the airport in an hour or so on our way to Blackpool. We're really looking forward to lots of dancing and fun in the Tower ballroom tomorrow, there are eight of us going. Home on Sunday.

After two fab summer days, today is overcast and cooler although the sun does seem to be making an effort. Had a lovely time yesterday, myself, my sister and my visitor went for a walk on the cliffs and went to the beach where we spent so much time when we were growing up. Then came back here and had lunch on the terrace in the sun, it was lovely. Hugs for all who need them - I see that Alialioo from Femail has a very bad injury to her ankle and lower leg, and is in a lot of pain, maybe a few VV vibes sent her way might help. Hope Bb is a lot better today, with the loving ministrations of Nurse Di Have a good day everyone
