Morning Ally :) Morning everyone :)

I've been awake a good while, I even made the early morning tea which is usually Mick's job ;)

Looks a bit gloomy out there, still it's only 6 weeks until Spring!! :D :D 8-)

Going shopping with B today - BHS have loads of holiday clothes on their end of sale 70% off rails so we thought we'd go and have a look 8-) No uni today, not sure what they (uni) get their fees for really :?

Have a good day everyone, hoping any poorly people are feeling better ((((((x))))))

Morning all, nice morning here with no frost. Busy day ahead, kitchen guy was supposed to be here at 8.30 but hasn't arrived so far, to start fixing stuff that he says was caused by the builders after the kitchen was installed, can see a few tough conversations ahead between both sides. Our dining room table and chairs is due to be delivered between 12-2, and our stair carpet is also scheduled to arrive today. I think we are having Michael for the afternoon too, so it will be all go! This morning I will try and finish the ironing, finally catching up on the laundry backlog. Nice to be browsing through summer clothes, Kaz, hope you and B get some good bargains. Have a good day everyone :)

Morning Ally, Kaz, Osc, who snuck in as I was typing  and everyone

Lovely, sunny morning, but with that biting north wind again. Set to be with us for a few days yet.

We're off down to the monthly market - well, I am :D Grumpy will stay at Nizette's    Just need a pair of those peculiar shoes they do here, for 5 euros, as my daps have just about worn through. So a coffee and people watch afterwards.

Then back home and stay inside, I think

Have a good mooch Kaz. I really have to be in the right frame of mind for clothes shopping.

Stay safe and warm over there, and hope you all have as good a day as you can xx

Good morning all.

It's dry here, but no blue sky showing, so I don't know what it's going to do.

I shall be venturing out later to the doctors for an INR check, and a bit of shopping.

Have a nice day.

Morning all :)
Dull here today, still very cold and that nasty wind - still prefer it to rain though!

Osc it's always tricky with different workmen working around each other, hope you get things sorted out (((x)))
Kaz hope you and B find some nice things :)
Ton hope you find your weirdo shoes :D
Ally your weekend starts tonight :D

Bb's work laptop wouldn't charge yesterday so they're sending a new power lead but he can't go out till it's arrived, then he's got another late appointment.
Since he's stuck here for a while at least I might zip into town for a good stomp up and down the hill :)
Hope you all have a good day, and thoughts for the poorlies

Morning all. I have to go into work for a couple of hours this morning and then I'm meeting a friend for lunch, having a mooch around Ikea and heading back to her to look at a spa day somewhere.

Morning all :D

Woke up to a bright day, but we've just had a shower. Fingers crossed it stays dry long enough for us to get out to the shops later this morning.

Things are moving along quite quickly on the bungalow front, we only engaged the surveyor yesterday who said they'd be available next week and then I got a call to say he was in the area today and would arrange to do it while he's there. Not complaining lol but it does seem to be a steam train at the moment. Will be interesting to see if the solicitor is as quick. Apparently the vendor is hoping to exchange around the 2 March. Tbh the sooner the better for us, we can't start making decisions and getting quotes until then so anything that cuts down the time we have to stay here in the rental the better really.

Hope you all have a good time :D

Ria, it's the gypsy market, so not much fun

Trying to dodge everyone stopping you, shouting in your ear, buy this buy that, when all you want is a pair of weirdy shoes  and you know exactly which stall

Then I'm legging it back to the coffee
