Helped FIL with his business orders today. Had a lovely headache free day today. That makes about 3 days in a row now.

Cold here again, and a bit wet - no snow thank goodness WW tonight, not sure if I will go for a walk today or not, will see how the weather shapes up. It might be an ironing day

Of course sunrise should have been the word...and that lovely sunrise has led to a beautiful warm day.

I was very hot running.

Ally..off to think how she can use 'sunrise' in her classes today.

Blimey, Ally, you do a lot of running, don't you ?
No wonder you get your sunrises and sunsets mixed up.

It's cold and grey here, so we will be having a quiet day I expect - just
the usual indoor pursuits.

I hope that those of you with health problems will get better soom.
