Really had to think hard what day it was today

Dark outside but we're expecting a lovely day

Off to Tavira, as D left on Tuesday and I need to puick up his laundry and do a quick whizz around, in case he decides to come back sooner than planned. Then we'll do the shopping on the way back.

And I really must try and get across to the clinic, to see if any Glad bags have been delivered Getting rather fed up with it all now

Morning all. Fr. the first time since last Friday I've woken up feeling normal. And I have a free day as I cancelled my adoption panel in case I was still poorly.

So I'm going to be putting my house in order - it looks like a bomb site. Must nip to the supermarket first.

I am up early as i have to be at the Doctor`s at 9am.
I have forgotten what i am going for as you have to wait so
long for an appointment you are either better or dead
I presume she wants to see me about my high BP, lung function test result
and why she prescribed Folic Acid

It looks a bit brighter here at the moment, but that pink tinge in the sky was around earlier and yesterday that bought us heavy rain later on, so I'm not holding my breath

Got a bit of a sore froat here, and feel a bit warm - I have a dental check up booked for today but think I'll postpone it. Apart from the discomfort of having my mouth probed, it seems a bit antisocial for the dentist and nurse too

B is away for a couple of days, they are off on a field trip, so it will be quiet here, not necessarily a bad thing right now

Morning all

Woke up to bright sunshine, here's hoping it stays that way.

We're off out shortly to view an apartment. Not sure it's the way we intend to go, but we're determined to keep an open mind and this one is in the perfect location. It's also much bigger than most of the bungalows we've looked at and I can see the advantages of low maintenance for E. Of course the cons could be lack of storage, no garage etc. Will be interesting to hear how the current owners get round it.

Afterwards, weather permitting we'll probably have a stroll along the beach before doing a bit of shopping.

Rescheduled my dental appointment for the first week of November

Morning all - Lordy me what a wet night that was; at one point I woke up and it was like someone had turned the shower onto full blast outside But lovely blue sky and sun shine this morning.

Debih; glad you're feeling better. Don't overdo it today as much as you want to get the house back in order; make sure you stop if you're tired

Jen, good luck with the apartment viewing. It'll be interesting how it works out space wise. My mom lives in one, but it's in Germany and there they all have a cellar area for storage and she has a garage, but that IS for her car (unlike here in the UK where there garage is for storage ) But she loves the ease oand safety of being in an apartment and is very happy having moved from a downstairs garden flat to the apartment with a balcony.

Saundra - that is super speedy with the washing machine; I am impressed
Ton, good luck with the bags; I really hope they do have them for you
Ally, I'd love all those beach lunches as well.... one day
Good luck with the appointment Lissie and hope they remember why you're there
