Morning everyone :) Ally I won't tell you to rest, as I know you won't anyway ;) Hope you can soon manage some food though. Try dry toast xxxxxxx

We have a Harry weekend coming up! :D :D :D Mick will be collecting him this afternoon - I must get on and put up his new Chelsea posters, the ones he got at Christmas  :D

Good morning! What a miserable one it is here - cold, damp and still foggy. It's lifted slightly overnight though, I can at least see over onto the common today where as yesterday I could barely see the house opposite, it's been hanging around since Wednesday :?

I couldn't be bothered to get out of my snuggly bed this morning and go to the gym so I'll go this evening instead.

Hope the poorlies are starting to feel better and have a lovely weekend with Harry, Kaz :)

Morning all. Its really cold here this morning.

I feel terrible. I eventually fell asleep at around 5.15am and my alarm went off at 6.30.

This morning I am waiting in for the new washing machine to be delivered and for a call from the garage to tell me the news about the car. Mick is home at lunchtime and I will get him to ring the vets for an update - although I'm not expecting much news as she will still be on the drip today. I'm not sure when they are going to try her on food - probably tomorrow or Sunday. The vet did say her temperature had gone up yesterday since he took it last Saturday so we can find out if that has come down.

We are supposed to be out tonight although I don't feel like it - but I know that it will probably do me good. But I think I will only go if I manage to get some sleep during the day today and that will be dependent upon what time the washing machine arrives and what time I can pick the car up.

Mick wants to go and see Millie this afternoon although I'm not so sure as I think it will just upset her - us going to see her and then leaving her behind.

Morning everyone

A bit cloudy but very warm this morning - washing out :)

Debih, have another hug xx Poor Millie and poor you, going through so much all at the same time. Hope Millie improves today xx and you get news about the car. Doze on the sofa when you can, just shut your eyes and rest.

Hope all the poorly ones are feeling better today too xx

Off down to the village later, to give my new shoes an airing :D No doubt I'mll come back with blisters  as I've not worn "proper" shoes for about 7 years

Have a good day, if you can everyone xxx

Morning :)
We have daylight! Real blue sky and everything :D Yesterday it started raining mid-afternoon and carried on well into the night - and a lot more due tomorrow, so am enjoying just gazing at it!
I have what may well be a whole day of paperwork waiting, so will just bave to grit my teeth and dive in :)
Youngest later for the weekend so it might be his favourite spag bol for dinner.

Debih my heart goes out to you all, hoping very much for a glimmer of good news later.

Good morning all.

Hope you are all feeling better this morning.

My early morning dog walk was back to normal today = raining. :o

I'm off again soon to see my dentist for my six-monthly check-up. (fingers crossed)
Not much else planned for today.

Be good.

Morning all. Like Di, it's a beautiful sunny day. Oh boy have a I missed the blue sky, so lovely to see. I would love to go out with Jasper for a long walk, but as I can hardly stand up I won't be going anywhere. Mr L is here though so he will take him out for a run. I'm really hoping the vertigo passes soon as I am missing a milonga tonight :(
Take care today debih and rest when you can. Thinking of you and Millie.
Hope everyone soon feels better and Kaz enjoy your precious H time x

I'll take back what I said about the fog - since I posted it's pretty much cleared and it's quite bright out there with patches of blue!

Good morning all, it's fairly bright here today with some patches of blue sky and none of the promised frost here beside the sea. Just doing a few bits and pieces around the house and will shortly leave to go and collect my friend E (she is the one who lives in Spain and her partner died just before Christmas). She's already been on the phone to me, her head is all over the place and she is waiting for her tranquillisers to kick in :( (I hate them, and worry about how she will be when she eventually comes off them - at the moment I think her head would explode though if she wasn't taking something). She was worrying about phoning a social welfare number about his pension, so I said we can phone once she is here and I can do the talking if they let me. I plan just to mother her for a few hours - a bit of a walk so she can get some fresh air, lunch, simple chat, whatever she wants.

Debih, continued vibes on the way for you and your family and Millie, and maybe the news will be a little bit better today. Lozzles, I'm sure you are like us, you have to be really bad before you would miss dancing, so I hope you can start to feel better soon. Have a good day everyone :)
