Honeys I'm home!

Postby Osc » 03 May 2014, 15:08

Well I've been home since late morning - incredibly tired though. I've already had one nap in my chair and just about ready for another. Nice to be back with my laptop :D Thankfully the nurses did warn myself and Liz, my ward companion, how much getting our stuff together and the trip home would take out of us. It's flippin' freezing too, had hoped for some nice weather for the weekend :( Enjoying sitting in my own comfy chair and it will be good to be back in my own bed later on. Hopefully tomorrow will get out for a stroll, which was on the list of recommendations made by the doc, a good stroll every day but no mad hikes! Also he firmly said to me "no rocking and rolling for quite some time" before I even asked the question so we are not going to even try any dancing until after my six week checkup.

Onwards and upwards!

Welcome home Osc, yes it's surprising having been waited on hand and foot you discover how much energy you need just to get home :)
Take care won't you, a very short stroll to start with ;)
