Postby Ally » 01 May 2014, 06:39

Good morning. :D

Another sizzler. 8-) 8-)

National holiday today as it's Labour Day. :D :D

Going for the big dive today - May heralds the start of using the pool.

Catching up with everything I've recorded on TV as I've been out every night this week.

Have a super day. :D

Morning all! God this breakfast before 8am makes for a very long day  Still, more time for little snoozes! Mr. Osc not coming today as he is minding Michael, a lads day planned which seems to involve ice cream, golf, ice cream, football and maybe more ice cream  I have a lovely view of the very attractive hospital grounds but it's raining. On my exciting schedule today - the ongoing efforts by the nurses to get us to move our bowels, might manage to read a bit, sleeping, and our friends N and A are coming to see me. Have a good day everyone!

Morning Ally :D Enjoy your dive! I never could do that. I'm one of those feeble people that lowers myself in to the water, then tries very hard to swim without getting my face wet
Bits and bobs for me today. Maybe a bit of gardening if the rain holds off.
Hope Osc continues to feel more comfortable.
Wishing Kaz wall to wall sunshine.
Have a good one chums :D xxx

p.s Just read your post Osc...prunes! ((((((((hugs))))))))

That made me smile Loz - my sis can swim 100 lengths of our pool without wetting her hair, smudging her lippy or losing her smile.

If the Queen swam it would be like Michele!

Hiya Osc. :D

Morning all

Ally; enjoy that first swim.  Loz and Ally   re the swimming. Whilst I don't like diving into a pool (no grace at all  ) I love getting my head under the water, hair off the face and then floating on my back.

Loz, fingers crossed the sun does shine so you can get into the garden

Osc; hope you continue to feel better and that what needs to get moving soon does ;) . How long are you expecting to be in hospital for as a matter of interest?

Early start for me today as I had to drop off the car at the MOT centre and then catch the train from another station; I always think it's going to take longer than it does (the journey that is) so ended up at work 1/2 hour earlier than normal :D

have a lovely day everyone

Morning all :)
Dull an damp here, and going to get wetter I think. Still, did get a big load of washing all dried outside yesterday :)

Osc I was going to ask if you had prunes for breakfast :D Natural yoghurt with them and you'd be well on your way ;) :D
Hope you get on ok in other ways too, and glad you have visitors to look forward to. That and tea trolleys break up the long day don't they? :)
Good luck with the MOT meriad, enjoy The Dive Ally, and hope you're feeling better Loz :)
Have a good day all

Ally, some friends in Ourique were in their pool last month  once

Labour Day here too, and we have our monthly market, so will be popping down to see the lovely cheese lady :D and then people watch for an hour or so, with beer, cheese and whatever else Nizette decides :D

Have a lovely day everyone xx

Prunes - uurghhhh. Meri, home on Saturday. I had hoped to be in leggings and a teashirt today, but it's so flipping hot with the surgical stockings on that I would melt in the leggings, so pretty nightie it is. Lovely shower, hair curled, sitting here like Lady Muck   Di, yes, I already know every rumble of the food/tea trolley!
