Morning all, it's foggy and wet here. I'm just getting ready to go to the gym, hopefully it'll dry up so that Billy can get a good walk when I get home.

Not many plans for today, apart from some housework.

Tis a gorgeous day here.

I've had a lovely busy few days with mum and dad.

A run for me this morning.

Thanks to mum my knitting has now got off the ground! so I'm planning to sit in the garden today knitting one, purling one.

One of my Mother's Day presents from Jacob and Conor was them taking me out for the night - so the 4 of us are going into town tonight for a few beers and a meal all expenses paid. Thanks lads.

Dull and murky here too, but it's full of sunshine - the summer goldfinches have arrived They're fluttering and twittering all over the place, some have already landed on the feeder which will no doubt need refilling tomorrow

Clouds and some sun - more and hotter sun forecast as from tomorrow, so we're planning bbq's

Shopping this morning, then a friend is coming round to look at our tele, (something to do with internet on the tele) then Grumpy has to go to another friends, who is having problems with lecky and other stuff They phoned at 8.00 this morning - we didn't wake you up, did we?

Youngest daughter asked me to look for some old photo's for her yesterday, of course once we started it was a journey down memory lane, I don't remember looking that young Couldn't find one of the boxes so I'm guessing we'll be having a search for it sometime today.

The sun came out here, just as I was typing - Hooray!!!! Am hoping B will get out of her pit in Bristol and onto a train early enough to meet me in town for a cuppa. I forgot to buy tea bags yesterday That equates to a National Emergency in this house, so I must go out and buy some more
