Morning Ally - have a lovely Magical Mystery Tour :D

Today is forecast dry and bright! It wont last - the weekend looks horrendous - so I will be out and about making the most of it! First I have a bit off hovering and washing to do though.....

Have a lovely day everyone, stay dry and warm xxxxx :)

Morning all and happy Friday :D

Ally have a lovely day wherever it is you end up going  - what a fun thing to do; just go where the mood strikes

Kaz; glad you've got a dry forecast; ours is a very mixed bag - I think they're just saying we're going to have a bit of everything then they won't be wrong  . Last night was meant to be really wet and windy but it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be; so fingers crossed that the weekend will also be OK(ish).

I'm grocery shopping this evening (was meant to go yesterday but just not in the mood), tomorrow I think I'm meeting up with Nadine as she wants to go clothes shopping and I'm going to be her runner'er (ie the person running around in the shop exchanging all the goods she has in the changing room that don't fit or look right  ) and Sunday I suspect I'll potter about at home catching up on the dreaded cleaning and also cook various meals to freeze so I've got lunch at work for the next two weeks

Enjoy the day everyone xxx

Morning everyone

We have sunshine and bright blue sky :D :D

We'll be pootling too today and I've been promised dinner out tonight :D

Weather isn't looking good here either for the next few days - very high winds and lots of rain.

Hope you all have a good day, whatever you do xx

Morning all. I've been busy paying bills this morning. Its amazing how much you can spend without actually leaving your house isn't it!

This morning I will be running the hoover round and cleaning the lounge. Then I need to make some filo pastry mini morsel cases ready for filling tomorrow for canapes. Creme fraiche and smoked salmon I have decided.

Off out for coffee with a friend this afternoon, via the library and then out to a friends house this evening for a meal.

Oh, and I've booked my hotel for the meet. :D :D :D :D :D :D It was the Premier Inn on New Street, Birmingham wasn't it?

Morning :)
Hope you're in the right place Debih :D

It's dry! It's sunny! :D A brief respite but welcome all the same, we had a huge amount of that wet stuff yesterday and all night. The local radio's reporting even more roads closed/flooded and there's a lot more to come yet :?

Bb did loads of work yesterday so is hoping to be back this afternoon in time for me to go and get some much-needed shopping. We're having steak and chips for dinner and I just can't enjoy it properly without mushrooms at least :D
There are other things we need but that's my priority :)
Before that I guess I'll do some h-word.
Hope everyone enjoys the day

Loz the Milonga sounds fun - choccy and wine a real bonus in my view :D
