Morning everyone

Dark out there and wet which it's not supposed to be but it'squite warm

Up early, without coffee or brekkie as I hav a blood test at the hospital.

Then we'll do the shopping on the wy home, stopping at Lidl and Aldi.

Then have to find a few things (old duvet and other bits) for my friend, for her dogs, who are supposed to sleep outside, but are sleeping in one of her bedrooms, as she thinks it's cold for them.

Hop Mr E is feeling better today and any other not so well one's are on the mend xx

I've just had a great run and really enjoyed being back in my trainers.

Going into town today to post my overseas cards and some packages.

Work at 4.30.

Morning all. Its cold and dark out there this morning.

I have to go into work this morning - well, not into the office but to a field in the middle of nowhere for a site meeting. I will be leaving home at about 10am and the meeting should be over by 11.30am. And then I have FINISHED WORK UNTIL 2ND JANUARY.

I need to finish Micks cash book this afternoon so I can get the VAT return done but first I will be going for coffee at a friends house on my way home. I haven't seen her for ages so it'll be nice to catch up.

Well it looks like a decent day out there, so hopefully I will walk into town later Becky is coming home tomorrow now instead of Monday as there is no zoo placement today - really looking forward to seeing her

Off into town as soon as we've had brekkie. E needs a haircut so I'm dropping him off at the barber first. He'll walk in and meet me when he's done. Need to get a few last minute bits for Christmas. Because she's been unable to get out, my aunt asked me to look for something they can give to mother. Not easy really, anything edible is out as she just hoards it until it's out of date. Oh well, if all else fails another nightie will do.

And we're back

They've changed the system ish. But it was a heck of a lot quicker and we were out of there by 8.45 The doc will have the results by the time I see him next week, normally I see him the same day. But hey ho.

The car played up though kept cutting out for no apparent reason, which was a bit scary. We've just driven through the village, which is always stop go and it was fine, so fingers crossed for next week

Vic, was the crow flies, we're about half a mile from the Ria Formosa, the Atlantic is a bit further out. I can see the rather high waves from here, but it's all calm - wind wise - now.

I bought some chocolate croissants for us, as a treat
