It's sunny here and milder than yesterday morning.

Had a lovely walk first thing (7 am) and never saw a soul.

When you eventually get up - have a lovely day and be good.

Morning Aggers, morning everyone. It's sunny and bright here too, just the sort of day we were promised yesterday, but didn't get

Hoping for a quiet day, will cook a roast later before H and B leave, then maybe a walk up to the shops to collect my Sunday Times (I subscribed a few weeks ago and got vouchers for the paper as well as the online access) but otherwise will be taking it easy. Still feeling a bit sad after last night really......

Off out for a good, long walk along the Ria Formosa, then we'll have a pit-stop on the way back.

Not sure what's for diner, see how I feel. Might make panados, chicken and mushroom pie.

Morning
Finally we have a lovely bright sunny day, oh it does make you feel better
Been sorting out pork for dinner, it's big bits of shoulder and we've made a marinade (more or less Thomasina Miers's Pork Pibil, various spices, chilli, etc - still needs an orange to squeeze in).
I didn't get it out of the freezer early enough to marinate overnight but it'll have 3 or 4 hours which will be good enough, it's sitting in the slow cooker so will just need switching on

We'll be getting out and about a bit later, enjoying this lovely weather with Minnie.

morning all,

It is lovely and sunny outside but FREEZING, the cars were all totally frozen when I woke up and peeked out the window!

I was working yesterday, another bank shift to try make up for what the tax man took off me, so worked 2-8pm, had to scrape the ice from my car before I could get home

Lazy morning and then going to visit my best friend for a bit this afternoon, looking forward to that, don't see as much of each other these days, so be nice to catch up

Really should clean my windows, but I cant be bothered, so will leave it, lol!

I think I will go for a walk this afternoon, pick up the paper and get some milk, blow the cobwebs away in the lovely sunshine
