Surprise surprise..it's smashing here again.

Playing badminton this morning, back to do some h-work (leaving the hoovering for a certain someone! ) then meeting a friend in town for a toasted sandwich and a milkshake.

Work 4.30-8.30.

Morning all. I didn't want to get up this morning as I had such a wonderful sleep.

Someone recommended some relaxation/hypnosis podcasts to me and I have listened to a sleep one for the last few nights. It has been amazing - instead of lying there for ages, waiting for sleep to come, I have listened to a sleep one each night and been asleep before the end of it. And it only lasts for 12 minutes! And then I have gone on to have a great nights sleep.

Adoption panel today - two complicated cases this morning but then hopefully a relatively easy day after that.

Then supermarket and home.

Pretty good here too, although a few clouds around - no wet stuff forecast

Off to do the supermarket run early, then back so I can go to our monthly market and hopefully the cheese lady is there. Grumpy will be waiting in the coffee

Very envious of our friends new apartment, although she can't move in for another couple of weeks, and then it needs a bluddy good scrub - it's filthy

Morning all Looks like the sun may be out!

I'm off to the audiology dept. today to try another hearing aid...fingers crossed this works. My expectations are more realistic now

Debih, hypnosis is really good for sleep, people often nod off during hypnotherapy, which is ok as being in hypnosis is quite similar to the early stages of sleep so suggestions still go in
