Another early start here with Fraggs He's a great little lad but likes an early wee wee Mick got up and walked them, bless him, then we had an early brekkie

Washing bed linen today, as it looks like a good drying day here, then I think I might go and get my nails done. One has split, and with Mick going away for a couple of days tomorrow, today will be my last chance until the weekend of getting out for long enough to get it fixed

Lovely sunny day here, so popping into Salisbury. A little light fabric shopping and I will pop into 'Hidden Hearing' and make an appointment. I also need to chase up the audiology dept at the hospital. I think they have forgotten me. Tango class tonight.

Morning everyone

We're having a second summer It's gorgeous outside and gets sooooo hot during the day

A pootling day for us, bits and bobs to catch up on and fish cakes with coriander and chilli for dinner. I'll probably make some butternut squash and chilli soup too Grumpy bought another chilli plant whilst we were away so that makes 6 plus the seedlings

You won't need an alarm clock in the mornings then Kaz

Been up ages, but had a client at 9.30 so only just had a chance to get in here.

Not much planned for today, the sun's shining so we'll probably potter about in the garden later.

Another beautiful sunny day here, have washed the last few bits of proper summer clothes - the ones I had washed ready to pack away and then wore again

The light in our top oven went out last night, it's just taken both of us over half an hour to get the blooming cover off to get the bulb out! We'll be going into town at some point, a few bits and pieces of shopping to get.

Good afternoon all! It's gorgeous here, although I did get caught in a shower as I walked home from town and I can see some very grey clouds over Birmingham. I went shopping after the gym and bought a nice cardi from Asda. Billy and I then had a lovely walk in the warm sunshine - I love going out and only needing a t shirt in October. I think the temps are supposed to drop here tomorrow though

I've got a bit of housework to do, and I'm hoping we can get over to Ikea this evening - there's just one more flatpack that I need

Afternoon all. I'm at work but due to leave in half an hour or so and as it is so lovely out there am going to don my boots and go for a roam with the dog for an hour or so on the search for more sloes.

Its our monthly craft group tonight and I am hosting it so I need to clean the bathroom and run the hoover around. I made the cake last night (I always make the cake for craft group whether I am hosting or not) - a lovely looking coffee cake. Mick and the girls were desperate to taste it last night but were banned from touching it.
