morning Ally and those who follow :)

I have a day off today because I worked last Saturday, typically woke at 6am and have been wide awake ever since - had a slightly better sleep last night despite this.

Last night my skin became very itchy, over my whole body/head, not sure why, no reason for it, so must take an anti-histamine soon and hope it helps!

It is sunny here at the moment but not sure if its to last, taking Amy up to Edinburgh on the bus today, she loves the bus and saves me stressing over parking! Going to get some Euro's for our hols, think Amy will have more than me with all her money saved up! lol

Have a good day all

Morning Ally, morning Poll :D

Safe flight home for your friends Ally, and I wish Craig and Leilani a fantastic holiday :D :D 8-) xx

Poll isn't it funny how they love the bus and see it as a treat? Mine were the same when they were younger - they were so used to being driven round either in their dad's car or in Mick's, that going out just with me and using the bus or a train was a real treat     Have a lovely weekend with your girl :D

Not decided what I'm up to yet, the ever-present pile of ironing needs attention, but I've been taking a long walk every day this week and don't want to break the momentum so I'll be out at some point :D The admin from B's student accommodation in Bristol will be ringing me this afternoon - they rang yesterday but I was out. Apparently we left something vital off of the forms accepting the accommodation offer, and as B's guarantor I need to speak to them and sort it...... :?

Have a good day everyone :)

Morning each and everyone else not yet up

Gorgeous morning here 8-) Windows and doors open to let in the slightly cooler air.

Have a lovely day out Poll. Where in Majorca are you going? We loved it there, but that was a loooong time ago :D

Meeting a friend in the village later, so will get the lotto and another :o dress when we go down.

Safe journeys to all those travelling x

Enjoy your day, whatever you're doing xx

oh hope you get it sorted Kaz, im sure it will be straight forward enough!

Yep, they do love the bus, especially sitting upstairs at the front, lol! Decided we will get day tickets so we can stop off at another place on the way back from town and hopefully collect our tickets for hols :D :D

Meanwhile Amy still sleeps soundly, not sure when she will wake up, but will leave her as she has had to be up and out by 8am every day this week!

Really looking forward to a day with my girl :D :D :D

Ton, we are going to C'an Picafort, I believe its near Alcudia, mum has been before and said its lovely :D I have only been to Majorca once before, prob around 10years ago, we went to Cala D'Or which was lovely too :) Me, Amy and my mum, can't wait :)

Morning :)
After another dull start the sun's coming out now. Today's supposed to be nice, tomorrow nothing but lots and lots of rain forecast. The garden does need it :)

Must try and get the rest of the essential h-word done today. I suppose I should do the inside before I do any of the gardening that I'd much prefer ;)
Youngest should be coming tonight but they're coming back from a week in Corfu today so we'll wait and see. They'll have had to be up at stupid o'clock so we might get a phone call saying he's too tired and can we get him in the morning. He'll have severe dvd-withdrawal symptoms so tomorrow's rain will suit him just fine :D
Hope everyone has a good day

thanks Saundra - thinking I will go for a shower and the noise might wake her, honestly she can sleep for Scotland! :D :D

Ton, that sounds lovely! Amy is VERY excited about it, she has been to Rhodes 3 times and Disney Paris but never Spain, her friend is just back from Majorca and has been telling her all about it!!

Morning everyone - usual day in the office for me today :( and no chance of leaving early as our receptionist is off so it's only myself and another colleague to cover all the admin stuff. And then off to Tesco tonight to stock up on a few bits and bobs as I have a friend coming over tomorrow and Sunday evening my brother from Germany arrives for a few days and my cupboards are rather bare.
