Weather not too bad yet, rain on the way and it's blinking cold
The forecast for the weekend is quite good though
I was wired in to the tens all day yesterday, I think it's helped a little but not enough. Will have another go today.
Still problems with poor Minnie too...will post again later.

Very cold again here too, Saundra I think its my fault for storing my winter woollies away.............

Di I hope the TENS works better for you today, my sister used to use one for her back pain and found it useful. Hope Minnie is ok (((((((((((((((((((x))))))))))))))))))))))))

Well the Tall Ships Festival starts here at the Docks today - it is a Harry weekend, so if the weather was warmer we might just have braved the crowds, but not in this cold I don't think.........you get a heck of a breeze off the water down there!

I need to do a big food shop, and also wanted to finish planting up my tubs with the new plants I bought on Wednesday but it's too cold for gardening - might have to do the ironing instead

The clouds came back this morning but at least it's warm.

Taking the car down to the garage later, need a wheel bearing changed and then I'm not sure what we'll be doing.

It just needs longer, I've had the tens and used it for a long time; sometimes a session or two is all that's needed and sometimes it takes a few days. If I could take the full dose of painkillers it would help but can't do that so will just have to wait for it all to work. Better had soon, could do with some sleep before long
