Good morning Wednesday

Postby Ally » 26 Jan 2022, 07:18

Good morning.

Nice day forecast. 8-)

My walk shortly.

We're going out for lunch today at Plaza Mayor to a little Mexican place.
That's after Don's nipped into H&M.

TV tonight including a documentary on Jay Blades learning to read at 51.
Should be interesting.

Have a great day.

Good morning Ally.
Dark and cold here, the sun is nearly up though.
Shortly we will be running Eliza up to morning nursery.
Then today I need to replace a brake light on the car, look at tyre pressures and have a look at child car seats.
Have a good day all.

Good morning everybody.

Some small patches of blue sky and the sun is trying to come out.
May do some gardening if it gets warmer.
Going for the paper then just pootling.
Had an email yesterday to say they are only opening the vaccination centre where I help on Saturdays now. Must think it is not worth opening
during the week. It will mean the medical staff can do their normaljobs during the week.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning all :D

It's a bit brighter than yesterday, but not a lot.

Enjoy lunch out Ally. We plan to watch the Jay Blades documentary too.
Good luck with the car Crommers.
Will you still be needed at the jab centre Cruiser?
Enjoy the cuppa with your friend Kaz.
Glad you finally had your iron injection Saundra.

My gums are much better this morning. The filling was very close to them so there was a bit of bleeding, they are still a little tender, but not actually aching now. I'll continue rinsing out with salt water today and hopefully that will sort it.

Not much happening here today, yesterday's early start finished us off, no stamina

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good afternoon everyone.

Enjoy whatever it is you are doing.

Jen, keep up with the saline rinses, they do help - got the T shirt.

Kaz, I think that I would prefer Zimbabwe to Zumba any day.

Well, after days with no wind and the weather getting stuck we have a bit of a gale going on with spits and spots of rain in it. One for staying in.

Hang on to your hats. :D

Afternoon all, sorry I’ve been AWOL.

It’s one of those times when c**p keeps happening and gets overwhelming.

We’re dealing with a worrying and ongoing health problem with Bill (I’ll post on the pets forum when I get chance).

I’ve had toothache and finally saw the dentist last week, X-rays showed no problems so he prescribed a course of antibiotics which I’ve now finished but they haven’t helped.

Woke up this morning feeling like I was coming down with a cold, did a LFT to be on the safe side and it very quickly came up positive. John and Joe both tested afterwards and both were negative, no idea about Tom but he had a cold over the weekend, said he’d tested negative but we were dubious at the time as to whether he actually had. I don’t feel too bad so far, I’ve got a slight headache, slightly blocked nose, an occasional cough and a dry throat. I’ve spoken to the GP about whether I’m eligible for antivirals, the NHS list has an ambiguous category which I may or may not fall into and she wasn’t sure so advised I call 111. I’m now waiting for a call back from them.

Oh blimey Jo, we've missed you! Good to have you back, but what a rotten time you're having :( ((((((((x)))))))

Toothache is horrible, and now covid on top of that  I hope you can have the anti-virals, fingers firmly crossed for that XX

I hope Bill will be ok? Sending you lots of love, and huge {{{{{{{{{VV vibes}}}}}}}}} xxx
