The mist is getting thicker and the dogs (being Portuguese) are obviously getting used to me - only barked a couple of times as I walked down the drive and a couple when I walked back.

Up early again as Sergio will be here soon, to sort out the weirdo lecky wiring. Then I can hopefully remove the extension cables I keep tripping over

More moping of the floors today and another go at getting rid of caterpillars on the broccoli and cabbages.

Ally, I don't believe you, something will happen and you'll be off out

Morning you two... another early start for me; got a friend coming round for lunch at 12 and she's the queen of clean so I need to give my house a good once over; oh and go food shopping and sort out the neighbours cats

Becky is working, Mick and I are having a lazy day doing not much, and will hopefully be able to sit out on the garden later - my arms are getting nice and brown from the good weather here, although my shoulders are a bit pink! We will pop out at some point, up to Sainsbury's, as Mick wants some new jeans and they have some nice ones at the moment and I think the 25% deal is still on until tomorrow I might treat him to a sandwich lunch in the café, if he's good

Sergio couldn't figure it out at all, but has decided that the plasterer was a little free with his water on Saturday, the wires got wet and it tripped everything.

Afternoon all, another gorgeous day here. We were in town early for Mr Osc to have two monitors fitted, one for blood pressure and one an ongoing ecg, both for 24 hours. Got home quickly and he is going to play golf shortly. I am collecting Michael from school and dropping him home, then back to probably do some ironing. Have a good day everyone
