Good morning Monday

Morning all. Three inches of the white stuff came down last night - the lane is not passable by car (fortunately we took ours down to lower ground last night) and it is quite slippy.

I am off to the vets before work as Millie has another dilation and I want them to look at her leg. I don't have any concerns about the leg - most of the time she uses it as normal, although yesterday she was limping quite a lot but she is bound to get good days and bad days with it - I just don't want everyone to concentrate on the stricture and forget the leg. She cries out now and again when we touch her ear (rarely, but she does it) so I am going to ask them to have a good look at that whilst she is knocked out for the op. I'm hoping that the road will be passable by the time I fetch her home.

Morning everybody. It was trying to snow when I went to the gym. It has stopped now and the sun is trying to break through the clouds.

I'm steaming today - quite literally LOL as I borrowed my MIL's steamer on Saturday and will be blitzing the bathrooms, the oven, and anything else that looks like it needs it and stays still for long enough

Feel in need of a good walk, but unless this rain dies off a bit I won't be going anywhere

Had some sad news last night - my dad's cousin (my second cousin?) died yesterday, of cancer. He was only diagnosed at Christmas but it was very invasive - about my age he was married with grown up children and a grandfather. I hadn't seen him since we were youngsters but do remember him.......His parents both died last year so I feel incredibly sorry for his brother - losing parents and sibling all in the space of a year

Morning everyone

Cloudy, overast, grey but with some blue sky about too and we had some wet stuff last night, not much, but enough to wet the patio.

We're off out to Tavira later and may be gone some time - Grumpy needs jeans and t-shirts and the sales are on.

Good luck at the vets with Millie and hope Minnie is a bit better today too - and the poorly Osc family.

Minnie had quite a bad weekend, hopefully just a blip, she seems a bit more with-it today, but the blood test will tell.

Good morning. It snowed last night but there isn't much left of it now. The ground is sodden though, I don't think it can take any more water. We've had the same puddles in the fields for weeks and months now, not soaking in.
I will get off and do some shopping soon. Good luck to our furry friends and lets hope the weather picks up soon!
