We had a lovely time
Across some of the Forest to Hatchet Pond - Shetlands, ponies and donkeys spotted - through Beaulieu and on to Hythe.
A nice wander around (despite the vicious wind), then we were going to the brilliant cafe for lunch but it was absolutely full - market day.
So instead bought the bestest hot pasties from the baker, drove round to the marina and sat on a bench watching a massive container ship coming out.
Hoods make pretty good windshields, and pasties, like fish and chips, definitely taste better outdoors
Plus a huge coup in a charity shop - a practically new pair of 'Not your daughter's jeans', amazingly good fit - I knew they were expensive but just checked and they're £140!!!
I paid £3.50
Oh plus Belgian buns to have with a cuppa in a minute
