A busy day at work....

Postby meriad » 02 Oct 2014, 14:07

not

it's really quiet at work at the moment, so I've made the most of it and managed to watch yesterdays' GBBO on BBC iPlayer during my lunch break  I successfully avoided the radio and newspapers this morning and thankfully none of my friends had posted on FB either.

Roll on the final next week

I was naughty when I watched it too. MIL was rambling away to John so I watched it on my iPad with my earphones in...could still hear her though. I was worried that I'd come across a spoiler if I didn't watch 'live' though.

  Jo, glad I'm not the only one. And sad that I am, I've blocked out my diary for next week Wednesday evening to make sure I don't go out miss the final; that would be a minor disaster    No way one could avoid any spoilers of that the next morning ;)

  I've no plans whatsoever for next Wednesday either - hopefully John will be out on his bike, weather permitting, so I'll have the main TV to myself ;)

Wasn't it a faff Kaz? :o

I'd never thought to make my own and after seeing that, I wouldn't even want to attempt it. I thought making puff pastry at school was bad enough
