Afternoon all, another glorious day here, loving this Indian summer. We were babysitting last night so didn't get to bed until 1am which is late for us. Still woke fairly early anyway and we were up and out walking on the pier at 8.30am, had a lovely hour's walk then back for breakfast. Did a lot more packing and sorting out, then Miss Osc and Michael arrived for him to "show" her the old post office and to play his games there with Grandad before the builders arrive tomorrow - can't believe the day is almost here, coming up to two years since we started the whole planning process, it's all quite exciting!

Paperwork to do this afternoon, telling officialdom that you are changing your address is not easy, for things like savings and Prize Bonds, you nearly have to tell them what you had for breakfast  I'll do a lot of the personal ones by email. Then I need to make out daily lists for the week ahead. Some reading or knitting and then.....SCD launch tonight :D :D :D Lamb burgers for dinner with delicious olive rolls that they have started doing in Lidl.

Have a good Sunday everyone :)

Hi all - been busy for us here, Tom's been at the farm and then transporting sofas! My old cane one in the conservatory went up to the tip and I got Donna's old black leather one and she got her sil's as they have got a new one. Poor Tom is now flat out after lugging all the sofas about - well, him and John did it in a borrowed van - Lewis helped, LOL. Jen is at work, I cooked a Sunday lunch and Amy is here but she and T are hogging the (old) sofa to sleep!  We are supposed to be watching a film I recorded but she nodded off ;)

I'm undecided about work tomorrow, I feel better in myself but I still have little or no voice and still this horrid cough and my ABs have now finished :| I'll need to let boss know soon so he can arrange staff cover if I am off :|

It's a glorious day - gorgeous weather :D

Hugs for all xxx

Yes it's been lovely here too Ally :)
Gal take another day if you're still not right, it will only hang on longer x

Jamaican group sounds good Ton :)
Osc it is exciting, but yes tedious with the official stuff  We had a complete nightmare since the buyer for Bb's flat delayed completion - after everything was all arranged
