That's how it will work with other stuff Di, on the tender we have provisional costings for sanitary ware, lighting etc., so we take ourselves off to look, make our choice doing our best to keep it below the PC then the builder goes along and buys it. But we have an independent kitchen fitter, not included in the building tender, so it will work a little bit differently. Can't believe the work is going to finally start!

It's exciting Osc, and in amongst all the other stuff going on, it's good to have something positive to have to focus on too :)

I bought the cooker and sink online, I knew what I wanted and both were a fair bit cheaper. But it's great having an independent supplier/fitter, they can adapt to just what you want :)
