We had spicy couscous, with onion, garlic, chickpeas and spices with strips of chicken, red pepper and red onion, sort of stir-fried, but a bit longer :lol: with lime zest, lime juice and oil.

And I found some tortillas i nthe cupboard, so warmed a couple of them up :)

And very scrummy it was too 8-)

Hmmmm...I'd be hard pushed to choose between Saundra's smoked haddock, bread and butter, Fudgie's liver and onions or Debbie's fish finger sandwich :)

We had as BBQ at my Bils place tonight. Yum yum. He really does cook a good one. Never in a million years any worry of a thing over or under cooked. He even asks how you like your steak done, and delivers!!
