Kaz, a colleague of mine who lives out in Grays (Essex) put his house on the market the other day. The agent valued it at 290 so told my colleague to put it on at 300 and be prepared to drop to the estimated value. Colleague put it on at 310 and it sold within 24 hours at full asking price! The market definitely seems to be on the up within London and the commuting distances
