what a fab three days that was

I had my friends round for lunch on Saturday and because there was quite a bit to do beforehand and because I could I took Friday off as well to do as much prep, cleaning and shopping as I could. So between keeping nice and busy on Friday, lots of fun with my friends on Saturday (one stayed over and we sat outside until 1am ) and then meeting up with other friends for a BBQ yesterday, and my brother from Germany being over it was just such an amazing weekend - far far far too much to eat and drink but such amazing fun it's a pity it had to come to an end.

We had a sociable weekend - friends to us for dinner on Friday night and then a friends garden party on Saturday night to celebrate his 50th. Fortunately the rain stayed away.
