Hassle of a day!

Postby Gal » 23 May 2014, 21:51

I usually spend Fridays enjoying some 'me' time, popping into town, mooching, having a coffee and a cake....you get the idea.

Did that today, but I spent so long mooching, I was over-running on my two hour car park ticket, so I figured why not use the extra hour till the next payment charge band to go upgrade my phone. I got a good deal and am now the owner of an iphone 4s, but not without a LOT of hassle!

Spent aaaages in the shop sorting paperwork out, eventually came away, got home and plugged the iphone in to charge. Got so far through registration and it displayed a message saying it needed exchanging as it was faulted. Cue me making a couple of phone calls which resulted in getting back in the car and heading right back to town - I did get a replacement phone, but what a hassle!!

Big thanks to Nicky in Phones4U who was so sweet and helpful :)
