Just popping in quickly to say Hi and have a quick catch up before our visitors appear We had a fabulous day yesterday, and again the sun is shining this morning Off out later, probably to Bourton OTW as they have never been, and it's a pretty drive Hope they have all recovered from the loud boozy and ruthless game of Monopoly last night! Paul (BIL) won closely followed by Harry

Lovely and sunny here too but colder still Some of the people I saw in town yesterday in their summer dresses/shorts will be regretting their packing choices

We lit the barbeque for the first time this year last night, spatchcock chicken, it was exceedingly yummy
Bb's working, hopefully not all day, I shall do a bit of h-word and then nothing much

Another grey start to the day and thunderstorms are forecast for the next couple of days - so I won't be watering the garden

Not sure what's on the agenda for today - house is clean and tidy, just in case - I may even take wander down to the village later, to collect our lotto winnings a whole 6 euros That'll pay for the motorway tax anyway

We are venturing out this afternoon for a walk in a nearby village that has a lovely park
and several good charity shops to mooch in.
