Lovely golden anniversary day

We've had a lovely day today.

We all went off to Sherringham this morning for a wander around and then on to a pub for lunch. Then the four of us went on to the Clay Flats to look at birds and take a walk. Mum, Dad, Di and Roy met us back at the house.

Then we wandered up to the village pub for a fabulous meal - the staff were amazing and the people in the bar all came up to give mum and dad congratulations.

We did presents this morning. S had made them a cushion - all on her own and beautifully embroidered. L had painted them a picture. I had used the generosity of an amazing woman on another forum I go on (Robyn from DD). I supplied all the fabric but she made me the mist amazing quilt for them - absolutely no charge for her time, I am astounded at the generosity of some people.
