Good morning Wednesday

It's been very hot today I was actually in skimpy top and shorts earlier

Popped down to se a friend who has been in hospital with gall bladder problems and took a load of books down (she lives in the square, near the Capri) Why is it that some nurses do not look after themselves????

She's been told, no milk, butter, cheese, creamy stuff but had 2 cups of milky coffee and then wondered why she felt unwell

Work today followed by a dentist appointment for Amy which was hard going, but done now! We then went to the shops as i was getting a leaving present for someone at work, she leaves next week but we are all going for lunch tomorrow so giving her pressie then
