Evening all, have hardly been on lappy or phone all day, must be sickening for something Did lots today, a fair bit of ironing and some decluttering. We are going away this coming weekend and we were originally to go for two nights, Saturday and Sunday, but we now are going for three nights starting on Friday, so I had to get plenty done as we will have Michael tomorrow and Thursday. Mind you I will probably have lots of time anyway, as he isn't particularly interested in me these days, Grandad is The Man!!

It was a fairly dreary day, raining until early afternoon, then just dull and damp. Hope everyone has had a good day, and happy birthday to Lissie's OH - lovely that he was home for his special day

Our chicken was from Lidl and was only use by today, so it's in the oven now, spatchcocked and flavoured with chilli flakes, lemon, garlic, and lots of black pepper - little bits of potato now added
