I mixed lemon juice, honey and dijon mustard and threw it over some salmon. It's now in the oven. I am also roasting some peppers, courgettes, onions and garlic and will mix it into some couscous

We had a River Café recipe, aubergine & tomato penne, it was lovely, with Bb's h/m garlic bread
