Snap! And once I start on something I have to clean the plate.

I was doing the 5:2 and did not find the fast days too much of a problem, but on the normal days I went berserk. If the plate was full it had to be cleared.

So, there's this NY thing, and I'll try again, and again...... once the new week starts!

Generally with me it's a case of portion size - I eat far too much. So for me it'll be a case of reducing portions and cutting down(ish)on the alcohol, and then once the body is used to less food I'll try the fast days. But one realistic and achievable step at a time - otherwise I'll give up before I even start.

That's my problem Ria. My poor body went into shock when it wasn't having food pored down its gullet!!!
