Beef casserole in red wine - late getting back from Cheltenham so I nipped into M&S and got some ready prepped casserole veg, defrosted and fried some diced beef when I got in and slung it into a casserole dish with some wine, stock and a few herbs 8-)

Won't be ready until 7ish which is late for us, but I can wait ;)

It will be worth the wait I'm sure Kaz :)

The 'Cook' shops have 15% off this Saturday, so we're considering buying our Christmas lunch. Bb fancies this

I don'0t think our chorizo would go well with that Loz - we get more like black pudding  yuk- Althoug hwe do get some other one's, which aren't too nad, it's just knowing what's what.

Tonight, we're having pan fried pork steaks, with roast tatties, sprouts, broccoli, beans and carrot. Wiv proper gravy :kick: (cost me almost an arm and leg, but we thought, oh, why not. It'll last me a year or so
