I think you're right, debih, the first batch of on-line news reports I read didn't make the time-line of events very clear .....
Despite the shortage of school places in Derby, I have to say that I do hope it is a permanent closure. I think that there is absolutely no place for Islamic faith schools in this country - or any other hard-line faith school for that matter where religion is the dominant / over-riding concern. If you believe in a fully integrated society, it will surely never be achieved while such schools survive.
