But we have our usual bright blue sky and sunshine now :D so the seat cushions can go on the line to dry off

Pootling around the house this morning and a curry for us tonight.

Have fun at tango Loz, not too many people around is better for you all.

Have a good day everyone xx

morning all,

Am so pleased I slept until 9am! I did wake at 6 but managed to get back to sleep for once :D :D

The sun is shining here, and there is a new 'family fun day' taking place where I live so we are meeting my sister and nephew to go to it, my middle niece might come , not sure, oldest niece works on a Saturday - doubt she would come anyway, shes nearly 20!

Hope you all have a lovely day, and those expecting bad weather hope its not too bad - no doubt we will get it later!

Morning all :D

A bit dull and overcast here, but very muggy. Fingers crossed the promised rain holds off til this evening as it's the annual garden party at the CH. Eldest daughter, husband and two of our grandchildren are planning to come over for it, would be a shame if we all have to stay inside.

E's feeling quite chirpy this morning, he's singing in the shower right now, not a pretty sound :D and is saying unless he suddenly feels a bit off would like to do the garden party too, we'll see.......

Hope you all have a good day :D

Good Morning friends.

Sunny but cooler here this morning. Suits me better.

Having a party here this afternoon for a couple who are celebrating their 60th Wedding Anniversary.
SIXTY YEARS of wedded bliss !!! Goodness gracious.

( They do say that married men live longer, but perhaps it just feels longer. )

Well so far the weather has got better and better, it's been blazing hot sunshine! It's a bit hazier now.
The forecasters should be sued if this catastrophic rain doesn't appear, just how many people have changed plans/had to rearrange things, or just not bothered to visit.
A shower or two wouldn't put anyone off, but the way they were talking no-one in their right mind would have taken to the roads  It's not the first time either :?

Sounds like E's doing well Jen :)
