I had already downloaded the specific user manual, see Suff's post, on Saturday and had done all the tricks it suggested, to no avail, hence the thought of repair.

Cruiser, I use those cards for other things, torches etc, but the watch has a solar cell.

I am going to take it to bits and see what turns up. :shock: :lol:

18 months ago i brought a watch for 1p plus 9.98 postage on ebay from china
the family fell about laughing
but i had the last laugh its lovely
its one were you see all the works inside
its gold? with a brown croc strap
and self wind
